Hi, Have you ever thought about why it’s you? Why are you suffering from hypothyroidism? Why suddenly your thyroid or hypothalamus or pituitary or liver is not functioning the way they are supposed to? What went wrong? Before you plan to follow a diet, it is essential to identify the lifestyle factors that have influenced hypothyroidism in you. Try to figure out which of the following cause may be applicable for you. 1. Poor nutrition – Lack of certain nutrients such as iodine, selenium, vitamin D3, B12 2. Lack of activity and exercise 3. Lack of sleep 4. Excess stress 5. Hormonal imbalance (during pregnancy) 6. Genetic (it’s rare)

Hello! Weight loss depends on various factors like food intake, physical exercises, sleep habits, stress, underlying medical issues and consistency to maintain it. Your thyroid levels may be abnormal , but that could only be one factor that’s preventing weight loss. Your metabolism, food intake and vitamin deficiency could also be a reason. Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, cut down on carbohydrate rich foods, start light physical exercises and get good sleep. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan that will help you lose weight.
