Yes, skimmed milk u can take & along with follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening for reducing wt. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

Yes , but only skimmed milk .You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Hi You can surely take milk in morning if you are loosing weight. Milk should be toned or double toned or skimmed milk... not full cream if you wanna weight loss diet. You are getting a craving of sweet,so try to keep following in mind 1. Adding protein in to your Meal 2. You can brush after your meal so that your pH of your mouth change and you don't Crave for sugar Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan if required Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !!
