Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Drink enough water . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

Hello. Please mention or confirm if you are suffering from hypothyroidism. If you are, the above mentioned conditions would happen. Try doing physical activity every day for an hour, split the meals into shorter snacks as that would help in having shorter frequent meals. This would help stimulate the metabolism and help in weight loss. Increase the intake of proteins and fiber in the diet, and avoid the junk, fatty and highly processed foods in the diet.
