She is on 3 meals and 1 snack. Crawling, standing with support, sometimes stands 20-30sec without support . She sat in 5.5 months without support and is highly active. Weight  of the child generally gets doubled by 5 months of age. Considering  birth weight was 3 kg, It appears that weight gain is not adequate .Causes of poor  weight gain can be genetic, and other important causes  are  faulty diet or can be some illness in the body of the child. So it is better to have in person visit of paediatrician and have  proper diet chart. If inspite of adequate diet, baby's not gaining weight, then one should investigate and rule out other pathological causes.
