Weight gain in 1st trimister
Is it healthy sign to gain weight during 7th week of pregnancy? I have diagnosed with high tsh during pregnancy. Before pregnancy my tsh level was normal. Also, what is the weight gain recommendation during all trimisters?

Hi The healthy weight gain during complete pregnancy is 10 kgs to 12kgs. In first trimester its very early to gain weight. Be on healthy diet ,eat small frequent meals.

Hii, First of all many many congratulations for your pregnancy. It's not only a phage it's a best journey of life so you should just enjoy it. In full of the pregnancy you should gain your weight about 10 to 12 kg. And the ratio should be like in first trimester it should ne 1.5 kg more than your previous weight. And after that by each month gained by 1.5 kg till the 9th month complete.

Gud evening,weight gain occur commonly during pregnancy period.Pls have a healthy balanced diet along with follow some healthy lifestyle routine like do light yoga or light walking for minimum of 25mins either in morning time or else evening time,sleep early,reduce stress by doing yoga or meditation mainly breathing exercises good to do during this time,drink enough of water,try to avoid outside foods as much as possible.

Hi, Weight gain during total duration of 9 months should be about 10-12 Kgs. Maximum weight gain is seen in the second and third trimester as the growth of the foetus takes place then. Your weight gain is more linked to thyroid. Kindly consult your doctor immediately. Also eat small frequents meals. Add fruits and green leafy vegetables. Avoid oily,spicy,Processed foods.
