I used to gain and loose weight quickly. I am a big time foodie. Also with 2 years of consulting job I was left with no time to workout and I gained a lot of weight. Right now I am in IIM Calcutta and mess food is increasing the weight even more. Can I get a customized diet plan which can be easily followed in hostel.
