Weight gain
I’m having pcod ,from past 2 years I have noticed I have gained 5-6 kg im 56kg I go for workout at least 4 days in week. I go for Zumba,functional yoga,hot boot camp but I don’t see change in my weight ,inches wise yes I see change but weight is as it is . I’m 21 I don’t eat much junk if I do then that’s mostly wheat Tamato pasta or lays twise a week. I will start glycifage &normoz.My problem was thigh area and now my belly is also coming out. Please tell me how to lose and be in shape,
