Hello Increase your overall calorie intake by 300-500 kcal per day by including healthy weight gain foods with good quality protein, fat and whole grains like handful of soaked nuts and seeds, homemade laddoos made from oats nuts and seeds, paneer, milk, dals, sprouts, legumes, beans. If you eat non veg then include eggs, chicken and fish in non fried form.
