Hi The weight gain during the pregnancy is very important but sometimes the baby gain weight rather than  female gaining weight. So you need to check the other issues also like feeling healthy and all and talk to you gynaecologist for the same. So if you need assistance for the diet that you not able to understand what to eat and what not to eat and are you taking a healthy diet then you should consult an expert. I deal with the pregnancy diet and pregnancy cases also and provide the diet plan for that. So if you need assistance from me you can call or WhatsApp on the number mentioned on my Practo profile. Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
