Weight gain
I have always been a skinny girl since childhood. But recently I have started gaining weight since last 6 months. My height is 164cms and my current weight is 53. But my face looks very fat now, and I have started developing a belly fat. I am scared to hit the gym because once stopped, I may gain even more weight. My diet is normal as usual. I don't want to become obese. I am very worried about my weight gain. Please guide, please help.

Have a protein rich breakfast every morning Have your dinner early and keep it light.
