Weight Gain
I am over weight & healthy since my childhood as i never given attention to my body but recently i felt i am getting heavy breathing problem while climbing stairs. i am 23 years 1993 born n weighting almost 75kg now. i had joined gym and started diet too n lost approx 2kg but my fat % increase by .7% i guess i am loosing muscles instead of fats. excatly my body type is pear shaped and it doesnt matter i eat or not my body looks same. kindly please help. thank you.
