I am 22 year old boy. My weight is just 52 kg. I want to increase my weight up to 60 kg.so please advise a suitable diet plan. I am vegetarian so please keep this on top preference.

Hi thanks for your query. So far I v made lot of answer on same question. U can chek. Still I m saying for u that take high calorie protien rich diet.max cereals like rice chapati, whole wheat, whole grains, etc.add good animal protein like 300ml milk D.T,sweet, egg 2 PCs,fish/ paneer if veg e.add 2 tsf butter, ghee on warm foods.enough water oil written as under PUFA categories not high saturated. Take dry fruits mid afternoon 50g.fibre based foods Must. Soya,pulses,sprouts r good as protiens. Banana 2 PCs,rice with curd,yogurts,Dalia,khicdi are good for weight gain.
