I am 19 years old And although i weight 55 kgs , it has neither increased nor decreased for about 5 years except for a few kgs up And down. But, according to my height which 5-4 , i think my weight is more. So i have reduced my
sugar content specially by reducing my intake of fast foods, have started eating suffola masala oats for breakfast, and then mother dairy skimmed milk, Dietz , so i just wanted to ask whether consuming skimmed milk and oats for breakfast is good for me at this age of 19.
