Weight just not a right measurements to ensure you are healthy or not !
I feel you should do a BCA test with some BIA based test to understand more about your body composition.
There after we as a nutritionists we could take a call about what shall be done !
When you say weight gain/loss it's very wide term , what you wanna gain ?
Fat ? Muscles ? Bone density? Or what ?
