Start weight lifting exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

May be you are not taking your daily requirement otherwise you can. Take frequently meal and don't skip any meal and take complex carbs food. No need to avoid any food but don't take junk food and carbonated drinks
