Hello...i am interested in loosing weight ..to give brief introduction...i have pregnancy weight issue my baby is 6 months old now and i had gained 15 to 18 kgs during pregnancy but have not lost any kg post delivery..also pls note i am breastfeeding the baby so need to know ways by which i can continue breastfeeding as well as loose weight.
