You can start with cardio exercise during the day. Include high protein meal in your diet likewise milk n dairy products. Take all seasonal fruits and vegetables in your  diet. Add more on liquids and beverages. Add juice and coconut water, that will be helpful for you. Add some healthy dessert after meal. Take plenty of water for proper detoxification
