Does less haemoglobin causes to gain weight? I hav iron deficiency also. Haemoglobin is 8.9 now. How loose weight? Please help

  Thyroid profile should be ch cases of weight gain. If there is any abnormality in report, treatment should be accordingly started.orofer xt one per day  for 60 days for anaemia.
