Asked for Female, 29 Years

My baby was born on 24 sep 2024. His birth weight is 3.45 kg. In a week he lost weight and as of 30 sep he was 3.23kg and again checked weight on 7 October he was 3.23kg. He did not gain weight then after consultation checked weight gain after 14 days he was 3.63 kg . After a long time checked weight today 11feb 2024 he is 6.33kg. What should his idle weight be. Also he is completely on breast milk. The baby is meeting all milestones rolling, touching toes in mouth and baby is active. Till now baby doesn't have any cold the baby is healthy •please advice his weight accordingly

For infants we need to check weight height head circumference and overall growth . The health status and weight is checked during each Pediatrician visit and correlated with the growth of child accordingly.
