Week urine flow, ultrasound report
I am 35 year old male,I went to the doctor for a weak urine flow . Below is an ultrasound repor Grade 1 prostatomegaly with median lobe hypertrophy and thickened wall of urinary bladder - secondary to chronic bladder obstruction. Can this be cured with medicine?

You are 35 years old, too young for prostate surgery.  Please share the full report of the ultrasound scan. Also get your basic investigations (complete health check up package) the.and also PSA level. Then an assessment can be made about the mode of treatment.
