Urine flow slow
I have poor urine flow due to  bladder neck obstruction problem  since 2020 .taken treatment from aiims ..mcu rgu normal..no stricture found ..ultrasound normal ..but urine flowrometry  max flow 6.3..doctor suggest to take alfoo..after taking alfoo...my urine flow normal..but now since few days .. frequency of urine specially at night is increased..again visit a good private hospital.. uroflorometry suggest 7.8 max urine flow..ultrasound.. report almost normal..pvr 40ml..fatty liver grade 1..doctor told me to do the RGU test..to find out any stricture..what is the permanent treatment for this..which surgery to done..my age is 37..married..one child
