Weakness and no fever
Hi doctors, my mother was suffering from fever but fever is over still she has lot of weakness. These are her blood work. I see platelet count less. Do we need any further test?

Yes platelet is low. Total leukocyte count is missing in the report. More detailed history and a complete blood test is required along with dengue antigen test to rule out the possibility of dengue. Please consult for more detailed evaluation.

She may have had dengue .this phase is crittical.repeat cbc daily to check for improvenent in parameters.maintain hydration.check pulse and bp regularly. Stay invtouch with a physician for follow up
