Weakness and disorientation

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Off late I feel very tired by the end of the day . Not in best of my concentration . Feel little disoriented at times. Also feel I am not as swift as I am generally . Appetite is normal , sleep is normal. Kindly suggest which doctor to refer for the kind of problem .
