Feel tiredness and weakness
Sir/mam, i have tonsillitis and pharyngitis so i eat lightly... already i have vitamin D deficiency... my lft, rft all are normal range..., my wbc 5500 .. my echo normal.. i have  triglycerides 250 and total cholesterol 210 , my ecg some times shows sinus tachycardia.. some times showes ischemia.. last ecg only sinus tachycar... echo normal whats is the reason for my weakness and tiredness... i have swallowing issues because of tonsillitis and pharyngitis... pls guide me...

Take vit. D tablets 20 Microgram daily. Tab Atorvastatin 10mg after dinner for 4 weeks. Tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5 days. Tab voveran 50mg one every 8 hours for 3 days..
Next Steps
Avoid fatty and sugary food, take more of fresh green vegetables,  fruits, curds, sprouts. do hot water gargles with povidone solution. Drink warm fluids Get a complete blood picture done, consult ENT specialist if throat pain persists after antibiotic use and gargles.
