Hi, i am 25f and had a one year baby.After pregnancy i have a pain at back neck and also had back pain.could u plz suggest me what was the reason how to eradicate that

Hi.. you should start doing active exercises workouts. Also try to reduce weight if you have gained some..       Have an active lifestyle.. if severe pain persists meet your physiotherapist and get sorted. Don't wait for the pain to get worse Take care.Get well and moving.

U must consult a orthopaedic get a diagnosis done n then consult a physiotherapist for the treatment after the orthopaedic diagnose it
