Weakness after Thypoid. Attack symptom.

Hi Doctor, I was diagnosed with typhoid fever 3 weeks back and had taken treatment(Monocef and amikasin 500)in IV for 4 days along with Mahacef O, Montel L and Pacimol 650 tablets. . And again from yesterday I am feeling little temperature in my body., heavy weakness and heavy head and some gastric problem as well. Also at night while sleeping I feel heavy headed ness and feels like all my muscles are pulling and twitching kind of feeling, due to this my anxiety is increasing and really don't know. what's is going  on, and may be bcz of gastric I feel lyk short breatness, heavy heartbeat, almost all panic attack symptom. I am using less oily food, warm water and no spicy item at all. Please suggeste me the proper diet as well. NOTE:I had typhi O and H positive with ESR value 17mm/hr..
