Weakness after illness
Hi, I recently went through chicken pox and a month after I also had viral fever. After viral, I feel weak on my knees specially and other joints. I don't feel strength. In office one day when I sitting under AC, I felt as if my knees have frozen and I felt weakness. I stay in a PG. Don't know how to plan my diet.

HELLO, DIET IS IMPORTANT BUT A.C IS VERY DANGEROUS, JOINT PAIN IN YOUNGER PEOPLE IS AGREEVATE JOINT PAIN. WEAKNESS IS OBVIOUSLY AS YOU HAD C.POX N THAN VIRAL FEVER. VOLINI SPRAY LOCALLY APPLY TWO THREE TIMES. CAPSULE A TO Z ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIFTEEN DAYS. CITRUS FRUITS LIKE NIMBU PANI , AMLA MURABBA CAN BE MANAGED IN P.G. ISN'T IT. ONE MURABBA TO SOAK IN NIGHT WITH WATER, WASH IT N TAKE IT IN MORNING. AFTER LUNCH HALF NIMBU N HONEY/GLUCOSE N PINCHES OF SALT AND TAKE IT. YOUR WEAKNESS GO  SLOWLY. FOR KNEE PAIN TABLET TRAMADOL PLUS TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER OR AS REQUIRED. THIS MUCH YOU CAN DO IN P.G.I HOPE SO, O.K BYE.
