Your pain has developed may be due to improper SUTIKA PARICHARYA( diet & regimen followed after delivery) You should have gone for proper uterus purification Ayurveda medicines with proper diet! The diet which you can start now is- Avoid outside junk oily spicy food Take warm light home food Work on your digestive fire Take erand oil/gandharv haritaki at night before bed if you feel constipated Go for hot fomentation whole body Avoid food that increases your vata pitta(cold stale food, cold drinks, baingan, chole rajma like legumes) Sleep on time Consult personally for detailed diet plan and lifestyle changes
