I have pain/inflamation in multiple joints in my body. Shoulder pain for sleeping on one side(shoulder tendinitis), heel pain (plantar fasciitis) and wrist pain (De Quervain's tenosynovitis) .
What changes I can do in my diet to make my joints better ? All these pain started one year after I deliver my baby...

Love to share but how come you received these concerns is way to advise diet liquids so till u consult plz have only vavding i.e. Vidang sidha jal
Your pain has developed may be due to improper SUTIKA PARICHARYA( diet & regimen followed after delivery)
You should have gone for proper uterus purification Ayurveda medicines with proper diet!
The diet which you can start now is-
Avoid outside junk oily spicy food
Take warm light home food
Work on your digestive fire
Take erand oil/gandharv haritaki at night before bed if you feel constipated
Go for hot fomentation whole body
Avoid food that increases your vata pitta(cold stale food,cold drinks,baingan,chole rajma like legumes)
Sleep on time
Consult personally for detailed diet plan and lifestyle changes
You need to undergo more investigations like some blood tests and take medicines based on your condition.

to control inflammation you can take water boiled with roots of punarnava or gokshura powder, can include punarnava leaves moringa leaves, turmeric in your diet,
take bath in warm water boiled with nirgundi leaves ( vitex negundo), madaar (calotropis gigantea)
