The joint and lower back pain, along with acidity, is likely due to the accumulation of Ama (toxins) in the body, which is increasing Vata Dosha, leading to pain. To address these symptoms, you can try the following Ayurvedic remedies:
1. Avipattikar Churna – Take 5 grams twice a day before meals with warm water. This will help balance acidity and clear toxins (Ama).
2. Yograj Guggulu – Take 2 tablets twice daily with lukewarm water after meals. This will help reduce Vata and relieve joint pain.
3. Varunadi Kashayam – Take 15 ml of Varunadi Kashayam mixed with 15 ml of lukewarm water, twice daily before meals. This helps in detoxifying the body and improving digestion.
It’s always advisable to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for a more detailed examination of your condition. However, these medicines are safe and have shown good results in similar cases.
