Swarnaprashana drops for kids is excellent to prevent frequent infections. This is administered once in a month on pushya nakshatra. Also start giving swamala leha daily quarter tsp for improving immunity along with septilin syrup 5ml twice for 3 months. Give dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, anjeer, dates. Give an egg every alternate day. Also fresh vegetables. You can give milk by boiling it with a pinch of turmeric and  a pinch of pepper powder every day in the evening to improve immunity
Next Steps
Also avoid cold foods, fruits, curds, oily fried foods, maida, sweets and cocoa chocolates. Give steam inhalation once during infection and also wash the nostrils of the baby with warm salt water once in the morning and once at night before going to bed.
