“Hi, falling sick so often shows your immunity and energy reserves are quite low. In Ayurveda, low ojas (immunity) usually comes from weak digestion, wrong diet–lifestyle and sometimes hidden imbalances in doshas. Just taking paracetamol or antibiotics each time will not solve the root cause. With the right rasayana (immunity-boosting herbs), diet correction and lifestyle plan, your body can rebuild strength and resist frequent infections. Since this needs a personalized approach based on your prakriti and routine, the best way is to book a consult with me so I can guide you step by step to restore your immunity and energy.”

You need to carefully monitor your food habits and daily activities, as these may be contributing to your weakness. It is also advisable to undergo some basic investigations to rule out any underlying health issues. Self-prescribing and prolonged use of antibiotics or paracetamol can be harmful, and may even interfere with the effectiveness of other medicines in the future. To support your immunity, focus on a balanced diet that includes foods rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, and zinc. However, weakness can arise from many possible causes.
Next Steps
so it is important to consult a doctor directly for proper evaluation and personalized treatment.
