Hi
Covid has treated different people differently
Make sure she drinks lots of fluids in the form of fresh fruit juices, milk, soups, buttermilk,
Have fresh vegs and fruits atleast three times a day.
A small suggestion which at this stage might be helpful is to stand in the early morning sun for at least 10 to 15 mins a day it helps I. The production of vitD.
A vit D supplement everyday would also be helpful.
Hi,
Enrich her diet with good carbs (whole grains) adequate Protein (eggs, paneer, dals & lentils), good fats (nuts & seeds), fiber (vegetables & fruits) & other nutrients.
Water intake should be good. Physical activity is required.
