Watery to thick blood in stool day 3

Question

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Initially i had watery blood and today I had very thick blood in stool.No Much pain in anal area but having pain in my bottom of stomach. Any suggestion should I go for surgery as this came after 5 years and now again . The lump skin continued to be there . It's hurting my travel now a days. Pls help
