Watery stool for 4 days
My husband is having watery stool for past 4 days. (Wed - sat till now) He's having 4-5 watery stools a day He took asidita, Nflox tz , loperamide, uripas, imodium. Bt still he's having stomach cramps sometimes, he had full body ache, joint pain. Now it's not that much. Bt the stool is watery yellow had foul smell. Please suggest. Why this happened. Why isn't he recovering even after taking antibiotics and med for diarrhea.

By this time he would be dehydrated. Kindly take him to a doctor to have a look. And all this antibiotics etc , was it over the counter only or after proper consultation
