My 7week baby is having watery motion with small pieces of milk .the color of water is greenish and yellow sometimes.

From what u have described the baby seems to be having transitional stools. That's basically when the baby's gut is getting used to breast milk. As long as the baby is feeding well and passing adequate amount of urine, u need not worry. It will subside in a few days time. If the baby develops fever or vomiting or seems dull, do not hesitate to consult your pediatrician.
