Hello, I understand your concern
Green watery stools in an exclusively breastfed infant are usually benign and often due to:
Foremilk-hindmilk imbalance (baby getting more foremilk which is lactose-rich and watery)
Viral gastroenteritis or transient gut flora imbalance
Effect of respiratory infection—swallowed mucus can loosen stools
Use of probiotics like Cambiflora may help but not always make immediate change.
Cough and cold are usually viral in this age group and self-limiting. Mucus swallowed during URTI can affect stool appearance and frequency.
Next Steps
Continue exclusive breastfeeding. Ensure baby empties one breast fully before offering the next (to balance foremilk-hindmilk).
Continue Cambiflora for a few more days if stool frequency isn’t excessive.
No other medications or antibiotics needed at present.
Use nasal saline drops (like Nasoclear) for nasal congestion, if needed.

The baby is still very young and the symptoms should be taken a bit more seriously in a scenario of infection. It’s good that you are continuing exclusive breastfeeding. It’s ok to give combiflora, though breast milk provides much protection against diarrhoea and pathogens.
I will advise you to do a stool routine and culture since it’s already more than 2 weeks. Monitor the weight too of the baby.
For the cold give saline nose drops 3 times a day. You can use a nasal aspirator additionally to clear the nose after putting the nasal saline. Keep the baby propped up in the arm as much as you can to alleviate the cough. We don’t give cough drops to younger babies. Also a humidifier near the baby helps if all this too not working out.
Next Steps
Do stool routine and culture since. Salinose / any other saline nasal drops. Nasal bulb aspirator can be used for clearing nose secretions. Add Syp Zinc G 2.5 ml once daily for 14 days ( 10 mg per day of Zinc)
Health Tips
Continue breast feeds, monitor weight and temperature. If baby gets fever, becomes dull or passes less urine suggestive of a dehydration, seek immediate help from a local paediatrician
