Watery green stool
My 8 month old baby is passing watery green stool from last 2days.. I am giving khichidi, curd rice and banana to him. I also noticed his body warm but temperature is 98 only .what's the reason and what to do?

Give 3 each of milk feeds including one top milk feed,use a katori and spoon to give top milk feeds,and solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery.
Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or fever or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician.
