Watery diarhea with little fever
I have very watery diarhea with whole rice every hour, 6times i have gone to toilet, I have taken ors and jaljeera water little helpful for the night, I have jot gone toilet 5 hours, should I go to doctor or drink jaljeera, my stomach feel full of gas and very uncomfortable

You most certainly should go to a Doctor. If I get a patient with your type of clinical presentation I will give IV Fluids, intravenous antibiotics and supportive treatment.
Before Jaljira gets time to act , you will collapse due to dehydration.
