By sperm u mean semen, rt. Methycobalamin plus pregab combination can decrease sperm count,. It has been reported in few studies. Why are u taking this drug in the first place, lba, neuropathy, whatever. Get ur semen analysis done. Based on the report we can proceed further to rule out any other cause and any treatment, if required.
