Water intake
Why we have to drink water after meal? Have to drink water compulsory for good digestion? Then why? I'm frankly saying, I'm not feeling thirst after eating meal, but my elders saying if you are not feeling thirst also have to drink water otherwise food will not digest What's wrong in this?

Hi I think  you are  more  concerned  about water  intake. Water  makes 70 percent   of our body  content. Intake  of  water  by  mouth should be near equal to the  water excreted by body. Water  helps  in digestion of food. Water  is  main carrier  of  most of the  body metabolism. Consult  me  online  for  proper  guidance
