I am 30yrs old , wanted to get the abortion , I am 4-5 week pregnant and wanted to do surgical abortion. I gone through with beta hcg test and TVs ultrasonography. I have my reports with me, please suggest me whether medical abortions is good or surgical. And please guide me about the cost also. Specially for surgical abortion cost.

Hi. In 4to 5 wks medical abortion can be done. As its early pregnancy , medical abortion is better. For surgical or medical you need to meet personally. As for both you need consent forms to sign also.

Since you are 4 to 5 week pregnant you can go for medical methods...You should not take self medications because there will be no guarantee for complete expulsion of fetus,and if the fetus is developing in fallopian tubes you can rupture of the tubes....ultrasound helps to confirm abdominal pregnancy and complete abortion,retained product may cause sepsis and hemorrhage....Consult nearest gynecologists they will do the needful.
