Missed abortion
I was pregnant naturally after 4 years of infertility.in 6th week heart beat was present in 9th week of pregnancy heart beat was absent (I had very bad cough during this whole night i didn't sleep for 4 days) ....doctor gave me abortion kit ...6 month back my amh was 0.17 I am 29 year old ...what is the reason for abortion..having low amh means low egg quantity
