A diet plan requires full information regarding your activity level, diet habit etc & of course if you have any disease or not. However, you must do aerobic exercise like cycling, swimming or brisk walking in continuity for 1/2 hr or more. Your diet should have more of proteins especially dinner. Dinner should be the lightest meal so far as Calories are concerned. Eat more of salads & clear soup/ water melon juice etc in dinner
