Want to get pregnant fast

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am taking ovigyn DSR daily and folvet folic acid tablets for past one month as because my anti mullarian hormone was low but experiencing severe acne and hair fall problem. The course will end on February 2 because the course was for two months only. My husband's sperm count was also very low after two months of treatment the doctor told us to test again but I want to ask that is it really possible for us to get pregnant naturally or we should directly go for IVF without wasting any time.
