I had Missed miscarriage at 8w 5d. During pregnancy, i was prescribed Folimac Plus as a folic acid supplement. After 2 months of miscarriage, as a preconception tablet MCBM69 was prescribed by a diff doctor. If I'm 5w pregnant again, should MCBM69 be continued or should I take Folimac Plus? Are both different?
