I'm now 20 and my weight is only 45kgs (height 5.8ft).currently i m going to gym and i want to gain some weight. is it good to take any protein powder?

That is enough that you are going to gym take normal diet with fruits and vegetable in plenty and eggs one alternate day. These protein shakes and all that is fads don't you worry about et. It will increase with age.
