For weight gaining follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie & rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water.

Hello. It is suggestive to increase the protein intake as that would help you improve your immunity. Also increase your appetite, include fats from nuts and oil seeds as they are a good source of healthy fats required by our body. Try doing exercise that builds your muscles, which would improve your strength also increase your muscle mass. Building strength is a slow process, which will take time to improve, don't loose hopes soon, keep working on it till you achieve your goal.
