Recurrent pus-filled pimples and dark marks on the skin indicate that the root cause has not been addressed. Homeopathy works internally to correct the tendency of repeated eruptions, balance your system, and gradually improve the marks and pigmentation left behind. Since every case has a different underlying cause, an individualized prescription is needed for lasting results.

What you’re describing is a common condition often known as folliculitis (infection/inflammation of hair follicles) or sometimes acneiform eruptions on the buttocks. These breakouts can lead to pus-filled pimples, recurrence after stopping medicines, and dark marks (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation). The main reasons it keeps coming back include: Blocked sweat & oil glands (especially in humid weather or after sitting for long periods). Friction from tight clothing or synthetic fabrics. Sweating and bacterial/fungal overgrowth. Weakened skin immunity or gut imbalance.
Next Steps
Book an online consultation
Health Tips
Diet: Reduce fried, oily, spicy, and very sugary foods (these aggravate pimples). Eat fiber-rich foods (salads, fruits, whole grains). Stay hydrated (at least 2–2.5L water/day). Add probiotics (curd, buttermilk, or supplements) for gut health.

I understand your concern. Pimples with pus and dark spots on the buttocks can be quite troubling and often recur when external medicines are stopped because the internal root cause remains untreated. In most cases, this condition may be due to: Hormonal imbalances (thyroid, PCOD, stress-related changes) Excessive sweating, tight clothing, or friction Digestive disturbances, acidity, constipation Low immunity or tendency for recurrent skin infections Post-inflammatory pigmentation after healing pimples Why pimples recur after stopping dermatological medicines Most creams, antibiotics, or tablets only control the infection temporarily. Once stopped, the underlying cause inside the body again triggers new eruptions. How Homoeopathy helps: Homoeopathy works internally by correcting the imbalance in your body—hormonal, digestive, or immunity related—so that the tendency to form pimples reduces naturally. Along with this, it also helps clear pigmentation and improve skin tone without side effects. At my clinic, we have successfully treated many such cases with: Personalised homoeopathic medicines based on your complete case history (skin type, digestion, stress, hormonal profile). Diet and lifestyle guidance to prevent recurrence. Safe skin care treatments (HydraFacial, chemical peels if required) to lighten dark marks and restore smooth skin. With a combined internal + external approach, you can expect: ✔ Reduction in new pimples ✔ Faster healing of pus pimples without scarring ✔ Gradual lightening of dark spots and pigmentation ✔ Long-term freedom from recurrence I would suggest you book a consultation so we can study your case in detail and start a personalised treatment plan. You can start treatment with me at Health Global Homoeopathy Clinic, Bangalore. Regards Dr Jyoti Kadkol www.healthglobalclinics.com

Recurrent pimples with pus on the buttocks are often due to repeated infection, blocked follicles, sweating, or friction. Medicines only give temporary relief unless the root cause is addressed. For long-term cure, treatment should focus on correcting internal imbalance, improving skin health, and preventing recurrence. Homeopathy works from within to reduce the tendency of pimples, control pus formation, and gradually clear dark spots.
Next Steps
Avoid tight clothing and maintain proper hygiene. Keep the area dry and change undergarments regularly. Avoid squeezing or scratching pimples to prevent scars. Take a personalized consultation for internal homeopathic medicines to reduce recurrence and lighten pigmentation.
Health Tips
Do not self-medicate with repeated antibiotics or steroid creams as they only suppress and cause recurrence. With consistent homeopathic treatment, pimples and dark spots can improve naturally over time.
