Hello First Berberis is one of the medicine for acne Second - local applications are superficial doesn’t help in complete cure you would require internal medication along with It based on the type of acne Also don’t mix berb with anything while applying

Your acne shouldn't increase with Berberis. Berberis is not the only homoeopathic medicine for acne. Medecines vary according to origin, duration, nature and progress of the acne and also according to associated complaints, lifestyle and diet. For further evaluation and treatment consult online in private with details of the condition.

Local application will not work until you get the root cause treated. So, it is better to take a proper homeopathy consultation. I have treated multiple cases of pimples with visible results. You can consult me on practo Or teach out to your nearby dr.
