18 month old boy, suffering from fecal impaction for past 2 months. Prescribed alternate enema and suppository. Blood tests showed the following: Want a professional opinion on this cbc report Hemoglobin 8.7, PCV 27.8, MCV 60.5, MCH 19. RDW 19. RBC morphology: Hypochromasia Anisocytosis, Poikilocytosis Can u please advise?
